Damaged juicer
The juice extractor malfunctioned once the fruits and vegetables was placed inside. It made a funny noise and juicing became difficult. I was not able to continue juicing I was not able to place any more vegetables or fruits inside the hole to continue with my juicing.

Potential lubricant leak in Nutribullet NB9-0901T
Seems Nutri Bullet don’t desire to recognize this site as worthy of their notice or attention. I did find a direct consumer service email address to send my warning about the seal leak to.
I sent a polite letter about a week back (3rd wk of Sept. 2023). No response there yet either. I see their units are assembled in China, so there might be a reluctance to go to such length to reach out to their contractors, or we get what we deserve for not supporting U.S.
labor, and only going with what’s cheaper.
Anyway, the potential health risk is our biggest concern for anyone using these, including for my own family and self. Seems a company would worry about potential law suits following if warnings are ignored?
The sticker on the bottom has NB9-0901T which I assume IDs it for you? It seems that there is a lubricant leaking out around the rubber fins that catch to rotate blades. This is the opposite side of cap from blades. We are very much hoping there is no associated leakage around the blades themselves, inadvertently contaminating our slurries.
We can smell the lubricant and see the brownish liquid when were hand washing the cap and blade system lately. Weve had this product for about a year now. We would hope to get far more life out of your designs than this. We had a Ninja prior to this, but discovered your superior power and extraction design.
We know Bed Bath & Beyond would not exchange it without prior consent from you. We love the design of the Pro version that were using and have recommended it to many family and friends who have inferior products, but now wonder if we erred in doing so. First and foremost is the concern for our families health, and anyone else who may be experiencing similar, and therefore pray the leak can not bypass the metal blade system itself, and second of course is our disappointment in this defect. 90% of what goes in is soft material.
Well put a couple of spoon fulls of frozen berries in the mix as well, but we always include a few inches of fruit juice in our mixes and the berries are often mixed in and sit for a short bit before grinding commences. We have not put ice cubes or similar in ever, though we believe by the literature we could safely do so (especially smaller bits of ice). Anyway, hope this is valuable important information and hopefully someone cares enough to react in proper context and scrutiny.

Preferred solution: Confirmation factually that product can not leak lubricant from blade side of cap, confirmation that the leaking seal is being investigated, replacement of defective product.

Customer Service is very sadly lacking unless you get to a supervisor
My bullet mixer stopped working today, the cup would not detach from the base. Took forever to get service, the first person I spoke to was helpful, the second Olayo was terrible, he needs a new job.

I have a claim number
It is not working. Customer service gave me the tips to clean and I did it.
All my grievances told to them. I am 65 years old. My son gave me a gift and I used only for not even six months.
I had one before which was good and give it to my sister. I M so depressing that it did not work on my grandchilds birthday to make some.when I turn on it was not working

False advertising
I purchased the NutriBullet slow juicer at Harvey Norman Cairns on the 12th of July 2023 . On the box it clearly states get more juice from fruits like apples,oranges, and celery I paid $379.
For the product . The reason I bought it is my partner has cancer and celery juice is recommended. When you juice celery in the NutriBullet the celery strings block the outlet and are very fiddly to extract due to the design of the outlet .
I used it twice and have purchased a Breville juicer for $156 and it is excellent and very easy to clean . I would like a refund on this product and the false claim on the side of the eliminated.

Magic bullet quit working
I purchased a magic bullet blender at Walmart. I threw away the box and my receipt because I had confidence that it would work.
However after using it only one time it does not work...
it will not connect to blend. I cannot take it back because I did not keep the receipt or the box can you help me.
