This was the issue, but obviously not important enough.
My nutribullet air fryer caught on fire from the bottom of the machine. Terrifying! It could have burnt our house or, worse, killed us, as the fumes were toxic by the smell. And no, there was no water, oil, or fat near or in the machine.
I was cooking potatoes in their jackets, so I only put salt on them, and no, it does not live by water, etc. I do have after pics, and it's around less than 2 years old.

I didn't receive any call to fix the issue. I called customer service.
I will be on hold for a long time. No operator.

Blender stuck
I literally used the blender 5 times over a month and a half and the motor base and blender blade are locked. It cant be removed.
Four people tried and it wont move. Called customer service they offered a new blender basically at the price I paid for the original one. The warranty expired so they offered a courtesy 30% off.
I dont trust this brand anymore. Will look at other options for my blender needs before reinvesting in a failed product.

Cest vraiment très décevant! Je ne recommande pas du tout!! Vaut mieux investir dans une autre marque, qui durera beaucoup plus longtemps!

Customer Service is TERRIBLE
I was interested in purchasing a Nutribullet personal size blender but had some questions about their various different models. I called the customer service phone number and they immediately started asking ME for ALL my personal information.
I stopped them after I gave them my name and I told them I am not going to give them all my information because I called THEM to have THEM answer MY questions- not the other way around. She would NOT consent to answer any of my questions about their product unless I gave her ALL of my information so she could open a case for me. I told her I wanted product information in order to help me choose a model and if she wouldnt/couldnt help me then I wanted to talk to someone else. She would NOT help me or let me talk to anyone unless I gave her my information and let her open a case.
I told her NO!
And I guess they wont be getting my business!! RIDICULOUS!

I was supposed to receive a catalogue with my Nutra bullet RX. I called to see if I could get one sent to me and he said no you didn’t have any. I don’t feel like I should have to pay for it since it should’ve been in my box.
The person I talk to said that you didnt have any books to send. I feel like it shouldve been in the box with my order my friend got one and she has the book and it has a lot of good things in it that I would like to have Im 67 and I really need good nutrition so if theres anyway you could send it to me, I would greatly appreciate it

The juice extractor malfunctioned once the fruits and vegetables was placed inside. It made a funny noise and juicing became difficult. I was not able to continue juicing I was not able to place any more vegetables or fruits inside the hole to continue with my juicing.

Missing products
I called, explained how I purchased 3 Nutribullets; as Christmas gifts for my mother and aunt. Missing hardware (lids) materials thats too big to fit the hardware included.
I representative hung up on me in mid sentence .
So unprofessional. So disappointed with the product at this point.

Terrible Customer Service
On hold for HOURS, French isn't even an option when you press 3, just cuts off. Emailed, messaged IG, FB, called...NOTHING. No one works.

Verified ReviewerNutribullet blender stop working in 6 months. Its not working, the green light turns on but the blender is not running. I bought that one in the mid of 2023 but started to use in April 2024 .
I thought its almost new but it stopped working. This is our 3rd set of nutrabullit blender since 2017 but this one stopped so early.

Waiting for replacement
Customer service was helpful when service dept was unable to fix the error code issue. I sent a picture with cord cut of broken coffee maker.
When I receive replacement I will be able to give 5 stars. As of now waiting for replacement.
